Return Policy

Regular Returns
There is a 10% restocking fee on all returned items.
Items MUST be received in excellent and salable condition within 30 days of the shipping date from FICM. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted. Please include a copy of the invoice with the packaged return.
Damaged Materials
If you receive damaged materials, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date and we will replace them item. We will let you know if we need the original item returned to us.
Package Error
Regretfully, we do make shipping errors. Please call us within 30 days of the shipping date and we will correct the error. We will credit you for shipping should we need the original item returned to FICM.
