As a non-profit ministry, Freedom in Christ places great value in our relationships with visitors, donors, and friends. We want to do what can to earn and maintain your trust. We have created this privacy policy to let you know how we protect any personal information that you provide to us to identify yourself.

Freedom in Christ is a member in good standing with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). Freedom in Christ does not sell the personal information that we collect from you. We never sell our mailing list nor do we make it available to unaffiliated third parties.

Freedom in Christ collects information in several ways. If you
- correspond with our staff,
- make a request to be added to our mailing list,
- register for events,
- purchase materials by phone or via our on-line shopping cart, or
- make donations by phone, mail, or the internet,
we collect your contact information so that we can communicate with you.

If you decide that you would prefer to be removed from our mailing list, you can
- send an e-mail to unsubscribe@ficm.org,
- call (865) 342-4000 and speak with the receptionist, or
- send a letter to Freedom in Christ, 9051 Executive Park Drive, Suite 503, Knoxville, TN 37923.
You will receive an inquiry by e-mail asking you to verify your request. This verification step has been put in place to prevent another party from removing your address from our mailing list.
Please be aware that it may take about 4-6 weeks for mail or e-mail to stop.
